Job Purpose/Summary
HomeRiver Group is looking for a Full-time Field Inspector to join the Oklahoma City, OK team. The Field Inspector will be impactful in giving each region the ability to quickly get to the homes to effectively manage timelines. Dedicated to field operations and site visits, these team members will receive their assignments from the Field Superintendent and will be guided by the Field Manager.

HomeRiver Group is looking for a Full-time Field Inspector to join the Oklahoma City, OK team. Essential Functions
- Turn and rehab QC inspections
- In-person utility connections
- Smart lock rekeys
- Pre-Move out, move out and move in inspections
- Hero shots and pre-marketing photos
- Yard sign and lockbox installations
- Vacant unit inspections
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1 year(s) experience in Property Management (Preferable)
- 1 year(s) experience within the Residential Maintenance Field
- Ability to work with various technology platforms (Cloud based systems)
- Intermediate experience using MS Office applications and G-Suite
- The candidate should be computer savvy and quickly adapt to new computer systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
