HomeRiver Group is seeking a fully remote Treasury Analyst to join their corporate team. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the company's banking structure, cash flow, liquidity, and funding activities to ensure the organization's financial stability. This role involves monitoring cash positions, executing cash management transactions, preparing financial forecasts, and analyzing financial data to help guide decision-making processes. The Treasury Analyst works closely with the accounting and finance teams and other departments to optimize the company's cash position and financial strategies.
Essential Functions
- Oversee the creation of new bank accounts and related services based upon guidance from the Client Accounting team.
- Maintain bank account structure in the Company's property management system and correlation with the actual bank accounts.
- Manage access rights and activity limits for all users in the banking system.
- Review monthly bank account fees and investigate ways to reduce costs.
- Investigate and resolve ACH preauthorization discrepancies.
- Maintain relationships with external banking partners and financial institutions.
- Identify and implement improvements in treasury processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Support the implementation and integration of treasury management software and other technologies.
- Oversee the management and administration of the company procurement card program.
- Ensure all credit card charges are properly documented and billed to clients, is applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in treasury, finance or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial systems and treasury management software.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of cash management, financial markets, and corporate finance.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification such as the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
