Job Description :
Producers will manage one or multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with our clients, alongside BUCK’s creative, technical, and EP teams. As a Producer, you will collaborate with strategy, creative, and brand leads to develop cohesive brand systems for a diverse range of clients. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of branding from both a strategic and creative perspective. You will work closely with clients across industries to build scalable, long-term brand identities. Your ability to manage projects, foster relationships, and maintain brand integrity will be essential to the success of each project. As the first point of contact with our clients, candidates will need excellent verbal and written communication skills and be well presented with a proven track record of exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders, including CEOs, CMOs, and VPs, as well as day-to-day clients. Lead client meetings with confidence, build strong relationships, and ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Client Relationship Building : Foster trust and long-term partnerships with clients by maintaining clear communication, addressing their needs proactively, and delivering value at every touchpoint.
- Strategic Project Oversight : Partner with creative and strategy teams to ensure brand systems and campaigns are executed flawlessly. Advocate for the client’s vision while ensuring the work stays true to the brand strategy.
- Budget, Timeline, and Resource Management : Take ownership of project budgets and schedules, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with scope. Collaborate with resource managers to allocate appropriate team members and anticipate potential risks, resolving them before they impact delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (strategy, creative, media, and production), ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and execution. Communicate effectively across functions to keep teams informed, motivated, and focused on client priorities.
- Creative Partnership : Work closely with creative leads to bring the client’s brand vision to life, ensuring tone, messaging, and design align with the strategic goals and client expectations.
