Duties Description • Job duties include receiving, processing, and distributing incoming mail in a timely manner.• Preparing and processing outgoing mail in a timely manner.• Deliver requested supplies to staff.• Move equipment as needed.• Move furniture as needed.• May need to drive to other locations to deliver or pick-up items or mail.• Supporting the mailroom and facilities functions for the Office of Rent Administration.• Other duties as assigned.
