What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Property Maintenance position at Homes by Huffman?
Homes by Huffman is seeking a full-time employee to be apart of our maintenance team. Applicants must be strongly experienced in rental property turnover repairs, including but not limited to:
- Must be able to do physical repairs to electrical, plumbing, hardware, appliances, drywall, etc.
- Turnover scheduling
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, roofing, decking, HVAC, concrete, carpentry, and all other building maintenance.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Previous experience, minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- Must have own tools and TRUCK as transportation
- Must be professional, responsible, and organized
- Must be able to work on call.
- Must have a great attitude; must be able to work easily with all others – including our residents
- Must have a solid work ethic and the ability to multi-task doing work-orders and the turnover of units
- Must be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations?
