**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Residential Home Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, project management, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate all phases of residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure design specifications and quality expectations are met.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to leadership.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet expected timelines.
