The Sarasota, FL office of Homes by Towne, www.homesbytowne.com, a national builder with a local commitment is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks, work independently and must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a fast-paced construction office with diverse people and projects.
The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of administrative support; excellent verbal and written communication skills and good organizational and planning skills. A strong proficiency in Word and Excel is a must. Experience with permitting is a plus.
