SALES CONSULTANT
Homes by Towne, www.homesbytowne.com, a national builder with a local commitment is seeking a highly motivated professional for a career as a New Home Sales Consultant for its Phoenix, AZ Division. This Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial customer contact through close of escrow.
If you are personable, self-motivated, and flexible, have an active Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License or Broker’s License, and are looking for a rewarding career in real estate sales with new homes, we want to hear from you!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Present and sell the features and benefits of our new homes.
Present and sell the features of our new community.
Prospect for new customers through referrals, networking and follow-up.
Implement creative means of driving traffic to the community.
Document the transaction, to include: option selections, construction and loan progress.
Perform all Model opening and closing duties; manage sales office to ensure accurate representation of quality.
Requirements:
Three years of experience selling new homes for a builder.
Excellent communication and effective listening skills are a must.
Basic computer skills.
Active Arizona real estate license.
100% of pay is based on a commission schedule so compensation is directly tied to your hard work and success. This person will work as an Independent Contractor. If you are interested in applying please submit resume.
