Role Description
This is a full-time role as a dynamic and engaging leader as the Area Director of Operations for the Southeast area. The role is located in Waukesha/Milwaukee, WI, with some hybrid flexibility. The Area Director of Operations participates in high level strategic decision making based on observations, audits and review as serving in the role. The ADO is also responsible for supporting supervisors and support roles through mentorship and collaboration by managing high performing teams, budgeting, and promoting quality services and maximizing customer service delivery.

- Analytical Skills and Team Management abilities
- Customer Service expertise
- Experience in human services or healthcare industry is a plus, experience with IDD/DD population preferred
- Experience managing multiple locations with multiple levels of managers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Healthcare Management is
