Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Client Services Manager located in Waukesha/Milwaukee, WI. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing client services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client needs. Daily tasks include managing supervisors and regional staff, responding to care team and guardian inquiries, and developing strategies to improve client care. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and support.
Qualifications

- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to manage behavioral settings and ensure service plans are trained
- Ability to work independently and be self motivate
- Experience working with Multiple sites across multiple counties
- Relevant experience in the human services or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field
