Homes for Independent Living is seeking/hiring for Full time/Part time Caregivers, CNA's, PCW/PCA and/or Care providers!
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to residents in an assisted living facility or nursing home setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, including vital signs and symptoms of illness or distress
- Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals
- Ensure the safety and security of residents at all times
- Promote resident rights and dignity in all interactions
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
Experience:
- Previous experience in senior care or dementia care is highly preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is desired
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required in a healthcare setting

Shift differential - 2nd Shift AND weekend shift hours
