This is an hourly position, pay is $15.00- $18.00 per hour based on experience, location and shift. Full-time and part-time hours available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental and/or behavioral disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that promotes independence and skill development.
- Implement personalized care plans with consistency and empathy.
- Support clients in social activities and community engagement to enhance their quality of life.
- Monitor and document progress, celebrating achievements and milestones along the way.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English, excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Pass background check, TB check and health assessment
