Position Overview:
The Campaign Manager position is responsible for the coordination and execution of all direct mail and supporting email and telemarketing efforts for assigned utility partners. The Campaign Manager will apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize all while maintaining a strong relationship with internal departments to ensure proper implementation of each campaign is achieved. The Campaign Manager must have an operational understanding of business processes to efficiently execute acquisition marketing initiatives and create an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing for mid to high-level complexity campaigns and their success
- Manage the development of print and digital marketing materials for each assigned utility partner campaign to ensure creatives meet with partner standards, all state specific regulatory compliance requirements, and are mailed on time
- Execute mid to high complexity campaigns in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines
- Develop and improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
- Oversee marketing plan with the Strategy, Data, Digital and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all campaign materials
- Manage marketing timelines and schedules to provide weekly status updates to the business via the weekly Mail Plan meetings and ad hoc communications
- Provide key mailing information to the Finance and Marketing Data teams to facilitate the creation of reports to monitor and track campaign performance
- Attain a working understanding of dependencies and business processes to successfully launch new initiatives and manage complex partners
- Collaborate with Contact Center Operations, Partner and Marketing Operations to ensure operational viability of new products and new test concepts and initiatives
- Launch new partners and territories and serve as the Marketing representative on integration projects and business initiatives
- Evaluate current processes and procedures to identify, lead and drive efficiencies and improvement initiatives
- Align price increase and product migrations by managing new product marketing launches and aligning pricing
- Create and maintain documentation with material product information that is legally required for compliant direct mail marketing
- Implement outbound telemarketing campaigns and maintain product documentation for external vendor compliance
- Create collateral for partners including signage, handouts, sell sheets, and field cards

Job Requirements:
- BA in marketing, business or related area
- A minimum of 3-5 years of general marketing experience including direct mail
- Proven ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple, complex concurrent projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven strategic thinker who can influence business leaders to develop new and innovative process improvements
- Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on details
- Must be able to make decisions independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet current business priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Must be team player & collaborative
- Strong project management, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Proficiency in: Excel, Adobe Acrobat or other design editing tools

Salary Range: $89,712.36 to $119,616.48
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
