Position Overview:
The Clearing Coordinator is responsible for checking homeowners’ responsibility for the systems outside of their home but on their property. This currently includes water service line and sewer septic line. This is for the purposes of marketing so that when we send mailings, we are sure that the recipients are responsible for the system the coverage relates to and not the local utility or municipality. The Clearing Coordinator works with the data team and uses the information provided by that team to check the homeowners’ responsibility based on zip codes. This information is then retained for the company’s records and the outcome relayed to the data team (whether a zip is mail or do not mail).
