Position Overview:
The Predictive Analytics Analyst is responsible for developing predictive models and performing ad hoc analysis to support HomeServe USA's marketing efforts. This role provides deeper insights into HomeServe USA’s customers and prospects through demographic profiling and advanced analytical techniques. The Sr Analyst will help improve marketing campaign effectiveness, response rates, and cost-efficiency. This position reports to the Director of Predictive Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and implement predictive models and segmentations to improve marketing campaign response rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Analyze customer and prospect data using demographic profiling and segmentation techniques to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Perform detailed campaign response analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing results.
- Identify and source alternative data to optimize marketing campaigns and expand the pool of households eligible for HomeServe products.
- Manage HomeServe’s strategic data partnerships and associated data tables.
- Present high-quality analyses in various formats suitable for diverse audiences across all business levels.
- Advise the Marketing Planning & Analysis team on implementing targeting models, data selections, and testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Source and manage substantiated facts and information for use in HomeServe’s marketing materials.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, economics, engineering, or another quantitative-related field.
- 5 years of experience in predictive analytics and modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, Python, or R.
- Experience analyzing customer data and third-party demographic and lifestyle data.
- Expertise in audience generation through segmentation and profiling.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex analyses to diverse audiences within the business.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary Range: $98,683.60 - $131,578.13
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
