Oversee the daily operations and reporting functions within the business/department, focusing on database management and data analysis. Manage internal and external reporting, data analysis, and system configurations. Responsibilities include user and client record management, security configuration, system maintenance, report production, data analysis, IT vendor and corporate IT liaison, change management, and SharePoint management.

1. Management of system records. (30-35%)

- Oversee the setup and maintenance of user, client, supplier, and broker profiles.
- Manage expense codes and groups, billing, tax policies, and system security.
- Supervise data archiving and purging processes.
2. Data reporting and analysis. (30-35%)

- Ensure the maintenance of existing reports and reporting elements.
- Oversee the scheduling, running, and distribution of reports.
- Develop and modify reports to meet management and business needs.
- Manage data import/export processes.
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and production of regular data tracking and analysis for both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Employee Management and Supervision. (15-20%)

- Manage and mentor a team of data specialists and analysts.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.
- Ensure team members are trained on new systems, processes, and reporting tools.
- Allocate resources and manage team workloads to meet department goals.
4. Liaison with department staff, software suppliers and company IT personnel. (10-15%)

- Manage troubleshooting of system issues and implement appropriate actions.
- Oversee problem tickets and enhancements, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with process managers to develop and conduct necessary training programs.
5. Additional responsibilities (5-10%)

- Lead special projects, including the implementation of new system modules and enhancements.
- Drive the development of enhancement requirements and automation improvements.

Qualifications
Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience..
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years in database management, reporting, or a related field
- Previous experience with Applied Epic or similar program preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Professionalism in written and verbal communication essential
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines proactively
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Experience with SharePoint, Office 365, and SQL preferred.

Wage: $70,000 - $75,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
