As a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance coverage. Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' risk exposure on personal and/or commercial property, making informed recommendations to address those risks. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of insurance products and risk management principles. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or business administration, is preferred, although equivalent work experience and knowledge may be considered. Additionally, you must have a valid state agent/broker personal lines insurance license and a minimum of two years' experience in personal lines insurance sales.
