Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing regional portfolio management, supervising property managers and support staff, and driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional property portfolios, including rental properties and agent referrals
- Supervise and develop property management staff, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Cultivate partnerships with local Long & Foster Sales offices, marketing property management services to agents and managers
- Monitor regional financial reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with customers, answering inquiries, and effectively handling complaints
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience in real estate and/or management
- Previous resident property management experience, preferably in residential or commercial property management
- Licenses to practice real estate in jurisdictions where properties are located
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and maintain flexible schedules
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and load/unload materials onto vehicles
