Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research to determine property values and develop marketing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Manage property listings and maintain organized records of transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Stay informed about real estate laws and market trends to offer informed advice.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven sales experience with a focus on negotiation
- Marketing skills with the ability to reach diverse clientele
- Organizational skills and administrative experience in real estate
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, AND PART-TIME.
Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
