Job Summary
As the Lead Sales Representative, your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are essential for this position. You will contribute to the companys sales objectives. Responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships. In addition to designing and implementing a scalable local and regional sales campaign, you will also aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers. Please note that this is a 1099 contract position and you are required to be in the Greater Charlotte area for in-person contact with potential clients.
