HomeSmiles of Richmond is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! As part of our growing company, youll be responsible for delivering high-quality preventative maintenance services to residential and commercial properties, including tasks like gutter cleaning, exterior window washing, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as gutter cleaning, window washing, and pressure washing.

Clean and maintain dryer vents to improve safety and efficiency.

Test and inspect smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and other critical systems.

Conduct exterior property assessments to identify potential maintenance issues.

Complete services efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction with each job.

Maintain a professional appearance and communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Assist in driving customer satisfaction and generating repeat business by providing excellent service.

Qualifications :

Experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.

Ability to work on ladders and rooftops comfortably and safely.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor, lift equipment, and work in various weather conditions.
