Construction Site Supervisor

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Utilize construction estimating tools accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
• Employ software for document management and collaboration among team members.
• Implement project management techniques to track progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, safety conditions, and compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, building code officials and trades people.

Skills

• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Previous experience in supervising construction sites is essential.
