Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

• Sales - Help customers open up new accounts
• Collections – Manage delinquent accounts
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, while focusing on customer retention
• Process customer applications to approve them for an account
• Track weekly and monthly results for sales and delinquency
• Help manage the delivery schedule and staff
• Order new inventory as needed - partner with Store Manager
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Keep sales floor clean and merchandised
• Maintain customer files and associated paperwork
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• External marketing to businesses to increase customer base
• Internal marketing to previous inactive customers
• Make decisions that are in the best interest of the Customer and the Business

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s License required. No DUI’s or excessive tickets in last 5 years.
• Criminal background check required.
