Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of experts to implement our HomeSource POS System at various retail locations nationwide. You'll be part of the force that keeps retail technology up and running smoothly.
- Assist in physical inventory management, perform data entry tasks, and contribute to various operational responsibilities as directed by the Implementation Team Leader. Your attention to detail and quick-learning ability will shine in these tasks.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and continuously enhance understanding of the SAAS package to effectively assist customers.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required. We welcome recent graduates who are ready to dive into a challenging and rewarding career in technology and retail.
- Be prepared to hit the road! Traveling up to 75% of your time, from Sunday nights to Thursday nights, is a significant part of this role. Experience new places and cultures while you work.
- While not mandatory, experience in the retail industry is highly preferred. Your understanding of retail operations will give you a head start.
- Great communication is key in this role. Whether it's working with your team or assisting clients, effective communication is vital.
- Being friendly, approachable, and able to build positive relationships is a must. Your personal touch can make all the difference.
