Job Duties:
Responsible for ensuring the overall appearance of apartment units and grounds are maintained in accordance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies/procedures:
- Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the community, including the pick up of grounds, painting building and breezeway exteriors as needed, cleaning and maintaining pool, etc.
- Responds in a quick and courteous manner to resident requests for maintenance service, troubleshoots the source of difficulty, and takes appropriate action to repair
- Completes the make ready and turn process including painting and carpet cleaning on vacant apartments for new resident move in
- Follows established procedures for accessing, removing, and restocking tools, supplies, equipment, and other materials for the service shop
- Walks with pest control using pest control checklist, pressure wash breezeways, performs signage repair, paints exterior fences, buildings, and other necessary items
- Completes ongoing industry training
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in apartment make ready/porter preferred, but not necessary, as we will train you!
- 6 months customer service experience
- Team player with positive attitude
- Goal oriented and solution focused
- High School or GED required
