Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and interactions into the company’s CRM system while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide relevant and effective support.
- Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and team members.
- Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations while handling customer interactions.
