Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, providing innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, and shop staff.
- Process orders and information requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clarity and correctness of project information on job sheets.
- Optimize material usage and manage special orders during the check-in process.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in software and products used at Homestead.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with dealerships and shop staff.
- Ensure seamless communication across teams to meet project deadlines.
- Lead training sessions on Homestead’s Bid program and Microvellum software.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Be a self-starter and a great team player.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to listen, collaborate, and work independently.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- A respectful, professional attitude towards all colleagues and customers.
Preferred Experience (on-the-job training and learning will be provided):
- Experience in customer interactions regarding commercial or residential cabinetry.
- Familiarity with bidding, engineering, and fabrication processes.
- Experience in cabinet finishing and installation.
- Knowledge of Microvellum, AutoCAD, 20-20, SketchUp, Blum, and Hafele hardware.
- Ability to interpret 2D views in a 3D context.
