We are currently looking for a Groundskeeper at our Hayden Park community. The Groundskeeper will play a critical role in ensuring the overall appearance of our communities. You will be responsible for the general maintenance of the property and ensuring that the property is aesthetically pleasing, safe, and functional, working both independently and as part of a team. This position does require some weekend hours in the summer months
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds.

Pick up trash and debris around the property

Take out any garbage.

Maintain the overall appearance of the property by performing landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal duties when needed.

Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary items are always in stock.

Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning

Complete minor maintenance related task when needed
Qualifications

Previous grounds, general maintenance, or housekeeping experience preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Reliable transportation
