The Maintenance Supervisor manages all aspects of maintenance and grounds at our property. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two luxury communities in Italian Village.
Responsibilities:
Full oversite and accountability for two properties and staff
Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
Delegate, address, and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring work orders are completed thoroughly and efficiently
Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and apartment units, identifying and addressing maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
Participate in on-call rotation
Maintain the overall appearance of the property
Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service requests in Entrata.
Effectively communicate with residents, property management, and leasing staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and a high level of resident satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property maintenance
Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and trouble shooting skills
Ability to work an on call rotation schedule
