The Maintenance Supervisor will manage all aspects of maintenance and grounds at our property You will be responsible for hiring and training staff and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations.
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure the longevity of property assets.

Respond to work order requests promptly, efficiently, and with priority based on urgency.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and work orders.

Develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.

Coordinate and assign tasks to maintenance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Establish and oversee a system for managing off-hours emergency maintenance requests.

Ensure timely and effective response to all after-hours calls.

Effectively communicate with residents, property management, and leasing staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and a high level of resident satisfaction

Ensure all maintenance work meets the highest quality and safety standards.

Oversee time-card reviews and ensure accurate recording of staff work hours.

Handle administrative duties related to maintenance operations, including budgeting and inventory management.

Provide guidance and support to ensure team members perform at their best.

Ensure compliance with fair housing laws regarding the maintenance of the property.
