What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Production Prep / Mixer position at Homestead Creamery?
This is a full-time position. The primary scheduling needs of this job are Sunday - Thursday 9pm - 5am.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be a self- starter
· Must be able to communicate well
· Must be reliable and responsible
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
· Must be able to work independently
· Must be able to multitask
MINIMUM DUTIES:
- Stage, mix and run pasteurizer, prep for the next day production
- Maintain a sanitary environment and use sanitary practices
- Cleaning tankers
- Maintain and keep detailed required paperwork
