Requirements
What You'll Do:
Build & Install – Craft custom planters, trellises, garden structures, and displays that enhance our retail space and customer experience.
Repair & Maintain – Keep wooden fixtures, shelving units, fences, and gates in top shape.
Enhance the Environment – Work with our retail team to create one-of-a-kind displays and fulfill custom requests from customers.
?? General Maintenance – Assist with painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work to keep our space functioning smoothly.
? Safety & Organization – Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
? Proven carpentry skills – Experience in woodworking, framing, and finishing.
? Skilled with tools – Ability to safely and efficiently use hand and power tools.
? Construction knowledge – Familiarity with building materials, blueprints, and schematics.
? Pride in craftsmanship – Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
? Problem-solving mindset – Ability to tackle unique projects and adapt to different tasks.
? Team player with initiative – Works well independently and in a collaborative setting.
? Reliable & safety-conscious – Committed to following safety guidelines.
? Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus but not necessary).
? Flexibility – Available to work some weekends as needed.
