Requirements

What to Expect as a Sales Associate:

• Greet and assist customers with plant selection and care tips.
• Maintain the appearance of displays and merchandise.
• Help customers find everything they need to make their garden thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our customers.
• Product Knowledge: Assist with selecting plants, gardening supplies, and other products (training provided).
• Team Player: Work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Passion for Plants: Knowledge of plants or gardening is a plus but not required!
• Consistent and Weekend Availability: Flexible schedules are essential, especially during weekends and peak spring hours.
