- Wash dishes, pots & pans, silverware, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Provide coverage for kitchen staff breaks.
- Monitor dishwasher performance and report any technical issues promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading the commercial dishwasher.
- Plate and serve meals promptly and efficiently, presenting food in an appealing and appetizing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies as needed
- Delivering room service trays
- Transporting residents to and from the dining room
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, following health department regulations and facility policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
