Civil Estimator/Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced construction project manager/estimator capable of completing project take-offs, pricing projects, submitting bids, and managing projects.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring progress is on schedule and within budget.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, to ensure optimum efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management/estimation principles and practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Familiarity with cost control techniques and financial management in construction projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A background in civil engineering or a related discipline is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
