As the Front Desk Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin, orchestrating day-to-day operations at our state-of-the-art showroom. Collaborating closely with the sales team, your role is to be the client concierge from initial onboarding to final installation.

Day in the Life Responsibilities of a Front Desk Coordinator:
- Curating Environment: Maintain the showroom's functionality, appearance, and safety, ensuring a warm and inviting space.
- Customer Concierge: Greet customers, leveraging your product knowledge and communication skills as the main client contact while managing projects from order to installation.
- Project Management Mastery: Schedule appointments for installations and services, track orders and provide status to customers, troubleshoot and confirm satisfaction on all orders.
- Service Support: Oversee repair and service requests handling customer challenges with a smile.
