About Us
Homestead Meats is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for someone proficient in Sage 100 for accurate data entry and financial recordkeeping. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers, we’d love to hear from you!
This position is currently a temporary position but may lead to a permanent position with the company for the right fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry in Sage 100
- Maintain and update financial records
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing tasks
- Generate reports as needed
- Help with Deposits
Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage 100 is required
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
