At HOMEstretch, our goal is to become a leader in the home preparation space by helping homeowners and real estate agents prepare properties for sale. Our all-in-one solution includes junk removal, painting, landscaping, flooring installation, and cleaning services.
We're looking to add an energetic Business Development Specialist to join our core team and contribute to our market in SWFL.
Position Overview:
Are you ready to take on a ground-floor opportunity and work directly with our owner to build a thriving market? As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for cultivating partnerships with key realtors and real estate brokerages. This is your chance to make an immediate impact on our emerging business in the home preparation space.
Benefits:
- Base Salary starting at $50,000
- $5,000 sign on bonus (You will receive after 6 months)
- Uncapped Commissions: OTE (On Target Earnings) for year 1 are $55,000-$85,000.
What You'll Do:
- Develop relationships with real estate agents and work closely with clients to conduct consultations and provide expert advice on making homes market-ready.
- Network within the community to raise awareness of HOMEstretch and our services.
- Secure office presentations with real estate agents and referral partners.
- Drive sales and business development efforts by introducing our services to SWFL-area real estate agents.
- Collaborate with our Director of Brand and Marketing to implement effective local marketing strategies.
- Partner with our General Manager to build and shape the market - this is a ground-up position with a direct impact on our success.
- Conduct client consultations at their homes, discussing their needs and how HOMEstretch services can enhance their property.
- Assist in crafting service quotes and follow-up with clients to finalize deals.
- Cold calling is an affective way to educate realtors on our services, there will be weekly calling requirements
- You will work from your own home and also out in the field. It is a hybrid role.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles.
- A people person who excels at building relationships and enjoys connecting with others in person and over the phone.
- Punctuality is a must - we pride ourselves on being on time for every client meeting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a rapid response to client inquiries via phone, text, or email.
- Knowledge or eagerness to learn about home preparation services, including the latest design trends, painting recommendations, flooring options, and cosmetic improvements.
- Real estate field experience is a plus.
- Enjoy solving problems and working closely with clients to meet their needs.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment where agility and initiative are valued.
- Highly motivated and proactive, always seeking solutions to challenges.
