About the Role
As a Business Development Specialist at HOMEstretch, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in Fairfield County by building strong relationships with real estate agents and brokerages. This is a ground-floor opportunity to drive sales, enhance market awareness, and make a direct impact on both our business and the local community.
What You’ll Do
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate agents, helping them prepare homes for market.
- Network within the community to raise awareness of HOMEstretch and its services.
- Secure presentations with real estate agents and referral partners to showcase our offerings.
- Actively drive sales by introducing HOMEstretch to the Fairfield County real estate market.
- Collaborate with our Director of Brand & Marketing to implement local marketing strategies.
- Work alongside the General Manager to shape and expand our presence in the area.
- Conduct in-home consultations, advising clients on home preparation improvements.
- Create service quotes and follow up with clients to finalize agreements.
- Most of the work required for this role can be completed at home with occasional travel to real estate office and homes in Fairfield County
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, home improvement, or customer service.
- Must live in or near Fairfield County, CT, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to client engagement (phone, text, email).
- Eagerness to learn about home preparation, including design trends, painting, flooring, and cosmetic upgrades.
- A problem-solver who enjoys working closely with clients to find the best solutions.
- Comfortable in a startup environment—adaptability and initiative are key!
- Highly motivated and results-driven, always looking for ways to grow and improve.
