Rapidly expanding home delivered meal service company, Homestyle Direct, is looking for immediate full time Customer Service Representatives in Twin Falls, Idaho. We are looking for energetic and attentive individuals who have desire and drive to excel in a customer service environment. After 20 years in business we must have employees with excellent telephone and communication skills. You must be dependable, responsible, teachable, and self-efficient. Wage depends on experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Make outbound calls
- Complete monthly customer service calls
- Complete weekly task calls
- Update the Customer Service Drop Down
- Follow up on e-mails
- Follow up on voicemails
- Record documentation
- Communicate with case managers
- Track Orders
- Place, skip, or hold orders accordingly
- File FedEx Complaints
- Transfer calls to correct department
- Update member account information
- Provide exceptional call experience
- Intermediate excel use
- Communicate proper information to correct and accurate representatives/department
- Follow company policy and procedures
