Responsibilities
As a HomeTeam Pest Control Technician, you can expect to:
- Interact with customers, and employees
- Provide effective and professional pest control service(s), maintain accurate customer records, answer questions, set customer expectations with their service(s), and keep the customer informed
- Provide positive customer experiences, which significantly affect the customer’s likelihood to recommend, continue to use and buy additional service(s) from HomeTeam
- Maintain a professional appearance, which includes their equipment, company vehicle, uniform and self
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Training provided

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must successfully pass background and drug screening
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
