Responsibilities
Some experience required, additional training will be provided! As a HomeTeam Outside Sales Representative, you can expect to:
- Work in New Homeowner Communities - reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending e-mails, mail, and making telephone calls
- Warm leads provided
- Paid training and licensing
- Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners within your assigned area
- Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
- Work outside
- Be self-motivated, organized, and personable while you work independently

Qualifications
Some experience required, additional training will be provided!
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must successfully pass background and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Good driving record
