Position Overview
The Enrollment Specialist at Homethrive plays a pivotal role in connecting eligible members with both our Companionship and Care Guide Program to enhance their overall well-being. This role requires a high level of outbound call engagement, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to establish trust with members and caregivers.
You will be responsible for educating, enrolling, and guiding members through both programs, ensuring a smooth transition into the services available to them. This includes assisting members with navigating our platform and completing the enrollment process. Successful candidates will have prior experience in a fast-paced call center, strong rapport-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to eligible members to enroll them in the program.
- Obtain member consent and schedule an intake appointment for the member
- Educate eligible members on the different things our program offers
- Collaborate with our Enrollment Manager to achieve enrollment goals and company milestones.
