Responsibilities
- Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales.
- Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
- Responding to requests, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
- Building clientele via telephone prospecting, referrals, and networking in the community.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license preferred but willing to provide training and support obtaining your license.
- A team player who is self motivated and goal driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, social media, and face to face.
