Role Overview
As a Teller/Personal Banker, you will serve as a vital member of our front-line staff, providing exceptional customer service and personalized banking solutions. This role includes assisting customers with daily transactions, opening new accounts, resolving inquiries, and addressing account issues-all while building strong relationships with customers and the community.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service
- Solid math and computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn banking software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively
- Knowledge of bank products and services-is helpful
- Availability to work rotating Saturday mornings as part of a regular schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
