Position: Kitchen Manager
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary team and catering and special events. Barbecue is a 24/7 craft that demands meticulous planning, multitasking, and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining top-quality food and service standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage all kitchen operations, from prep and line cooking to pit management.
- Lead and mentor a team of up to 20 kitchen staff.
- Oversee multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution across all kitchen areas.
- Ensure efficiency in food preparation, quality control, and service execution.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls.
- Maintain high-volume operations while upholding our standards of excellence.
- Experience with barbecue and wood-fired cooking is preferred.
- Strong communication skills a must
