Party Rental Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a safe and courteous environment. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success, including party rental equipment deliveries, installations customer interaction, and maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers with enthusiasm and kindness.
• Assist with installations and operations of equipment, ensuring that all items are setup, secured, safe and presented according to company standards.
• Be able to address customer's needs and accommodate special request within reason and within acceptable timeframe.
• Support event management by setting up and breaking down event equipment as needed.
• Understand urgency and the importance of meeting timelines and scheduling while also working safely and effectively with integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Utilize public speaking skills when necessary to communicate with guests during events or deliveries.
• Demonstrate hospitality by creating a positive atmosphere for guests, enhancing their overall experience as a customer to alleviate additional stress.

Requirements

• Previous experience of knowing how to put an effort into their work.
• The ability to understand how an alarm works and can arrive on time.
• Knowledgeable enough to understand the importance of hydrating and being physically prepared to work outside.
• Have the compacity and willingness to learn quickly and understand how a ratchet strap works.
• Operate low-pressure pressure washers and electric dollies is a plus but not a hiring requirement.
• Be able lift, pull, push and roll a minimum of 50lbs routinely.
• Ability to actually work while alone and/or with other crew members, be a leader.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and ambitions are essential for success in this role.
• In a nutshell, I need a dependable person who's a go-getter. Someone who understands that time is important and works with a sense of urgency and the determination to leave things better than when they arrived.

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
