Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Support individuals in participating in social activities and community outings
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for the individuals under your care
Requirements:
- Experience working with people with autism, developmental disabilities, or in a similar caregiving role
- Knowledge of
- Ability to provide direct support and assistance with ADLs
- Background in nursing, social work, or related field is a plus
- First aid certification is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
