Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video production techniques, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and create compelling video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Operate video cameras and equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.
- Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere and other editing software to create polished final products.
- Apply color theory and management techniques to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
- Conduct photo manipulation as needed to support video projects.
- Manage social media accounts by posting video content and engaging with the audience to increase reach and visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends in videography and editing to continuously improve skills and techniques.
- Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots, including location scouting and talent coordination.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere for video editing.
- Strong understanding of videography principles, including camera operation, lighting, and sound design.
- Familiarity with color theory and color management practices.
- Experience in social media management and creating content tailored for various platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not required.
- A portfolio showcasing previous videography or editing work is highly desirable.
