What are the responsibilities and job description for the Game Master position at Hometown Escapes?
Are you an enthusiastic Game Master who possesses a high level of knowledge about one or more interactive gaming systems? Do you have the skills and drive to provide support, guidance and direction to a group of players in a live role-play environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an understanding of game mechanics.
- Write game stories and events.
- Write scenarios for game characters.
- Create maps and scenarios.
- Provide helpful advice to players on how to do better and encourage them to keep playing.
- Communicate with players via real-time chat channels and virtual bulletin boards.
- Read helpful advice on how to improve GM skills from the internet.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $15.00 per hour
